Grey fabric sourced from trusted mills; processed through certified dyeing and finishing houses with strict chemical safety protocols.

Rotary fabric cutting to exact dimensional templates, followed by skilled multi-line sewing, overlocking, and label integration.

End-of-line checking according to international AQL 2.5 / 4.0 inspection standards for stitch tension, seam strength, and dimensional tolerances.

Steam pressing, barcode/UPC sticker tagging, polybagging, carton packing, palletization, and dispatch to Nhava Sheva (JNPT) port.
